  1. A moderately attractive red vinyl disc wholly ruined by a light blue non-custom designed german mute/intercord record company label. Why go to the bother of bringing out so many of DM's earlier singles in various shades of coloured vinyl when the custom labels that mute in the UK had had on their own releases would have fit perfectly the design and asthetic that mute (in the UK anyways) held.

  3. For some reason, this Sound Lock was set to Zero, and after a few seconds of sound (which would come back if you simply increased or decreased the volume using a media keyboard, or the Windows Mixer) the sound 'muted itself'. I reset Sound Lock to around 25 per cent, and the 'muting problem' went away.
  4. The music on this CD was excellent (4 stars), but the packaging concept is the absolute worst in the history of music (0 stars) - the cover is a clear baggie of moldy coffee beans that smell like something died and was left laying in the sun. It permeates the entire CD /5(37).

  7. Taxi Music appears in 3 guises (most appear in various mixes), the first 2 sequenced as one track effectively. Mix 2 has lots of the original bleeps but adds a lot more soul to the track, and it develops far more. Various mixes of Invocation and Premonition keep to the darker side, but there isn't a poor track amongst the 20 - 5 stars!/5(11).
  8. A mute is a device fitted to a musical instrument to alter the sound produced: by affecting the timbre (or "tone"), reducing the volume, or most commonly both. The use of a mute is usually indicated in musical notation by the Italian direction con sordino ("with mute") and removed with the direction senza sordino ("without mute") or via sordino ("mute off").
